I am a National Champion professional motorcycle racer and a Native American with Tsalagi (Cherokee) and Potawatomi roots.
After exposing corruption in Kosciusko County, they caused permanent deafness, stole my trust properties — including land tied to the Musquabuck Potawatomi Reserve — gave me 9 years in prison with zero evidence, and took my children.
Indiana — the “Land of the Indians” — has a 200-year history of displacing Native people. In 1836 the Potawatomi were forcibly removed during the Trail of Death. Today the same region’s officials have taken my family’s Potawatomi trust land while I was incapacitated and falsely imprisoned.

Current Legal Status — PCR & Federal Remedies
Post-Conviction Relief (PCR)
The Indiana Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction on February 6, 2026 (24A-CR-03161). A Petition to Transfer was filed with the Indiana Supreme Court on March 19, 2026. With direct appeal exhausted, the case is now in Post-Conviction Relief under Indiana Post-Conviction Rule 1 in Kosciusko Circuit Court (Cause No. 43C01-2303-F5-214).
PCR challenges the conviction and sentence on constitutional grounds that were unavailable or undeveloped on direct appeal, including ineffective assistance, denial of a fair trial, and disability accommodation failures.
Recent Motions Filed
Motions to lift abeyance of proceedings so the PCR can move forward without delay.
Motions to remove Judge Michael W. Reed and the prosecutor for cause, citing Sixth Amendment violations (invalid waiver of counsel, denial of standby counsel, refusal to accommodate known permanent deafness), lack of proper service, and related due-process failures.
These motions document the ongoing pattern of ignored disability accommodations and procedural barriers that have blocked a full and fair hearing.

Federal habeas corpus review once state PCR is exhausted.
42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights claims against county and state actors for constitutional violations (4th, 6th, 14th Amendments), excessive force causing permanent disability, and property deprivations.
ADA claims for failure to provide reasonable accommodations for permanent deafness throughout the criminal process.
Florida counsel is being sought to advance the federal habeas, §1983, and ADA actions.
My Children Have Been Kept From Me for Years
I retired from professional racing to raise my two children full-time. After their mother abandoned them, I became their sole caregiver. Kosciusko County then took them while I was falsely imprisoned and incapacitated by injuries the county caused.

They Stole 7+ Trust Properties
While I was incapacitated or falsely imprisoned, Kosciusko County and the Town of Culver stole the properties using fraudulent transfers, unlawful judgments, and direct county action, assisted by First Federal Savings Bank, Lake City Bank, and Northwest Bank.
