They Took Everything — My Career, My Health, My Land, My Freedom, and My Children

I am a National Champion professional motorcycle racer and a Native American with Tsalagi (Cherokee) and Potawatomi roots.

After exposing corruption in Kosciusko County, they caused permanent deafness, stole my trust properties — including land tied to the Musquabuck Potawatomi Reserve — gave me 9 years in prison with zero evidence, and took my children.

The irony runs deep. Indiana — the “Land of the Indians” — has a 200-year history of displacing Native people. In 1836, the Potawatomi were forcibly removed from their homelands just north of Plymouth in Marshall County during the Potawatomi Trail of Death. Today, in the same region, my family’s Potawatomi trust land has been stolen while I was falsely imprisoned and incapacitated by injuries caused by county officials.

I retired from professional racing to raise my two children 24/7/365. After their mother abandoned them, I became their sole caregiver. Then Kosciusko County took them from me while I was falsely imprisoned and incapacitated by injuries they caused.

They Stole 7+ Trust Properties

While I was incapacitated or falsely imprisoned, Kosciusko County and the Town of Culver stole my properties using fraudulent transfers, unlawful judgments, and direct county action — with help from three banks (First Federal Savings Bank, Lake City Bank, and Northwest Bank).

  • 415 Lakeshore Dr, Culver — 10,000 sq ft commercial building (burned Oct 9, 2019 and immediately bulldozed the next day)

  • 1057 E 350 N, Warsaw — vehicles and rare motorcycles stolen
  • 2901 & 2906 E Armstrong Rd (Musquabuck Potawatomi Reserve Trust) — transferred to a deceased person in Dec 2024
